It is not your capacity that restricts you,
it is your inclination not to challenge your capacity, that restricts.

  • Coaching focuses on future possibilities and not past mistakes.

  • Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance.  It’s helping them to learn rather than teaching them.

  • A coach recognizes that the internal obstacles are often more daunting than the external ones.

  • A coaching relationship is a supportive one and therefore the person being coached attains the facts, not from the coach, but from within himself.

  • A coach builds self-belief.

  • A coach is an objective sound board trained to bring out the best in you.

  • Coaching helps bridging the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

  • Coaching explores and evaluates all possible options available.

  • Coaching is a tool to overcome obstacles, low confidence and insecurities.

  • Coaching gives clarity about what you want, why you want it, and how you can get it.

  • Coaching untaps potential that is already there.

  • A coach helps you discern & prioritize.

COACHING

Coaching tends to focus on the present and future rather than the past.  Most of my life coaching clients are healthy, productive people who feel stuck or simply want to make a change in their lives and want the support and skills of their own personal coach to do so.  As a Life Coach, I place a great deal of emphasis on accountability and responsibility and therefore enable you to do more than you might on your own.  Our coaching time together is limited, with specific desired behavioral outcomes.

A coach is someone who tells you what you don’t want to hear, who has you see what you don’t want to see, so you can be who you have always known you could be.

we used when we created them.
